With just 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, we are proud to be one of the last "small" oceanfront rental homes in the Outerbanks. Enjoy the tranquility of "old school" Nag's Head from our slice of Next To Sea at Milepost 19.5.
The top floor includes the primary bedroom with expansive ocean views, a living room that looks out over the grass-swept dune to the ocean, an open kitchen/dining space with views to the sound, and a "cocktail porch--" a screened-in top-floor porch that's the perfect spot to enjoy a 5 O'clock somewhere cocktail while watching the sun set across the Roanoke Sound.

Each bedroom has a comfortable reading chair, Roku TV, en-suite full bathroom, and a door to an outside deck. 2 bedrooms have king beds, one has a queen and one has a bunkbed (single over double).

Our Owner's Suite is the top-floor en-suite bedroom designed with bold navy and gold accents reminiscent of the deepest ocean blue and bright gold of the sun as it travels the full expanse across the Next To Sea viewing zone -- from the first sight of it on the ocean at sunrise to the last sight of it as it dips beyond the Roanoke Sound at sunset.

The sliding glass door opens to the top-floor deck, which is outfitted with bar-height chairs for optimal ocean dolphin viewing throughout the day.
